DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO SEC RULE 606 AND NEW RULE 6151

Centennial Securities is providing this disclosure pursuant to Rule 606 of Regulation NMS and new Rule 6151 (Disclosure of Order Routing Information for NMS Securities), which requires broker-dealers to make publicly available quarterly reports on their order routing practices and to disclose their clearing firm and the availability of the clearing firm's Rule 606 report. 

Order Routing Information:

Centennial Securities clears its securities transactions on a fully disclosed basis through RBC Capital Markets, LLC (“RBC”).
In accordance with new Rule 6151, Centennial Securities hereby adopts by reference the quarterly order routing reports prepared and made available by its clearing firm, RBC, pursuant to Rule 606 of Regulation NMS.

These reports provide information about the routing of non-directed orders in National Market System (NMS) securities that Centennial Securities transmits to RBC for execution. The reports include, among other things, the identity of the venues to which customer orders were routed for execution and the percentage of orders routed to each venue. 

Availability of RBC’s Rule 606 Report:

The quarterly order routing reports prepared by RBC, pursuant to Rule 606, are publicly available on RBC’s website. You can access these reports by visiting the following link:

Please note that the information contained in RBC’s Rule 606 report pertains to the order routing practices of RBC and may include information regarding orders routed by other broker-dealers that clear through RBC.
