Dominic Niewald joined Centennial in January 2014 and provides comprehensive planning solutions for his clients. Dominic is a certified Retirement Management Advisor through the Investments and Wealth Institute and he specializes in taking clients through the retirement planning process, beginning in the early working years up through all the years of retirement. His RMA expertise helps him maximize social security claiming strategies and incorporate Medicare benefits into a completed financial plan so that a client can live with few financial worries in retirement.
Dominic’s focus is on conservative income streams that include tax-free municipal bonds, investment-grade corporate bonds, low-cost ETFs, stocks, and separately managed accounts. This, combined with his pledge of service, gratitude, and effort, provides his clients with a strategic investment process.
Born and raised in North Central Kansas, Dominic spent two years at Ave Maria University on an athletic scholarship and then completed his education at the University of Nebraska.
Dominic’s interests include fishing and wood burning stoves. Also, as an avid reader, his favorite books include: With the Old Breed, The Grapes of Wrath, The River of Doubt, Endurance, The Last Viking, and most anything written by Erik Larson and Bill Bryson.
He and his wife, Elli, were drawn to West Michigan by family and opportunity. They live with their three children in NW Grand Rapids.
